Great location and lots of things to do!

I would definitely recommend Virginia Highlands Apartment Homes. The proximity to Piedmont Park, Monroe Street shopping & the Virginia Highland restaurant scene offers residents a multitude of activities and social venues. And being able to walk without without being accosted (as is the case in other areas of the city) was of utmost importance to me.

The location is amazing. You can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, the movies, shopping, the park, etc. The staff are very friendly and are quick to tackle any issues that arise. They also coordinate events where you can meet your neighbors such as Yappy Hours for dogs and Luau's at the pool. Most residents are young adults who keep to themselves and the property is kept up well and is relatively quiet. One downfall is that there is limited guest parking and a strictly enforced tow policy. But, all-in-all, I've lived all over Atlanta and for what they charge in rent, you can't find a better place to live!

Good place great location. My one complaint is that every time the power goes off(fairly frequently given Atlanta) my security alarms begins beeping and won't stop. This is annoying.

I really enjoy living at Virginia Highlands and location is fantastic.
